A lesson in Egyptian history and some serious archaeological sleuthing are on the agenda in Scooby Doo: Where's My Mummy. Velma's sphinx restoration project quickly becomes a dangerous mission for Scooby Doo and the gang when a buried staircase leading to Cleopatra's tomb is unearthed and the curse of Cleopatra is resurrected. Faced with the fall of the River Nile, a desert on the rise, a newly awakened army of the dead, a ruthless treasure hunter and the threat of being instantly turned to stone, the gang sets off to explore Cleopatra's tomb. Things go awry when Velma gets turned into stone and Scooby and Shaggy get cut off from Fred and Daphne. In an odd turn of events, it's Shaggy and Scooby who persevere to solve the mysteries of the fallen river and the army of the dead. Problem is, if Cleopatra's curse is a hoax like the gang believes, why is Velma still solid stone? Bonus features include a National Geographic segment that offers some basic Egyptian history and information about King Tutankhamun's tomb, a "Mummy Rap" music video, a look at the celebrity voices behind the characters, deleted scenes, and an interactive "Escape from the Ankh Chamber" game. Customer Reviews for Scooby-Doo in Where's My Mummy?

Scooby-Doo & the Gang in Egypt!
Our family owns all the Scooby Doo movies and this one is by far our favorite. The script is modern, clever, and funny. In addition to the awesome regulars the guest cast is excellent and includes the voice talents of Virginia Madsen, Christine Baranski, Jeremy Piven, Ron Perlman, and Oded Fehr (who just happens to be in Universal's "The Mummy").
My son became totally interested in Egypt and the pyramids after seeing this movie. It is visually stunning to watch with all it's vivid colors and right-on depictions of Cleopatra, the Sphinx, and Egypt. It's a real good time and I would recommend to anyone young or young at heart.

"Where's My Mummy?"
I love this movie! I watch it whenever it airs on Cartoon Network! The storyline is very well-written (and funny, as usual)! This time, it's mystery in Egypt in the hidden tomb of Cleopatra! And since I'm a big fan of Grey DeLisle, I loved to hear her voice Daphne in this. So, if you're very interested in Ancient Egypt, then you'll love this movie. So, get it, now!Scooby-Doo in Where's My Mummy?

Scooby-Doo in Egypt
Scooby and the gang travel to Egypt to join Velma, who is helping the royalty there restore native treasures. When a treasure hunter crashes the party, the ghost of Cleopatra is raised and she's not happy about her tomb being defiled. During all this, the host of an annoying TV show is also on hand to film the restoration of the treasures and succeeds in being even more annoying.

This is another in the new series of animated Scooby-Doo movies and you'll want to add it to your collection. It appeals to kids and adult fans alike.Scooby-Doo in Where's My Mummy?
