Technologically Suspect
I can't tell if the underlying subliminal thing works or not because it refuses to play on any computer DVD drive to which I have access. It ONLY plays on the DVD drive on my TV, which is hopelessly impractical. I tried asking Mr Murray about this and got a prompt but dismissive answer "you must be using old technology." Didn't Work for Me!
I used the program as recommended and it did not produce any changes. In the past, I had success with another subliminal tape and thought this would work just as well. It didn't. Changed my old habits
I have completed 30 days of watching this DVD but I have not seen any difference in my weight but I do see the change in my habits.
