Good for light exercise, not for dancing.
The dances taught on this DVD are outdated and hard to adapt to real-life dancing situations. Shawn makes it so easy! I wanted to learn to line dance for years but thought it would be too hard. Start with this DVD and then just keep stepping up to the next level.
