Customer Reviews for Aftershock: Earthquake in New York

Excellent Flick
I love disaster flicks and this one did not disappoint. It had all the qualities I love about such movies: the person/people who puts money/ego ahead of people's safety dies, the hero gets the girl, and the hero goes back into the disaster area when everyone else is leaving.Aftershock: Earthquake in New York

Just OK
Just ok. They do not make disaster movies like they use to. The plot is great, ideas are great, but acting is terrible and scenes are terrible espeically during the earthquakes...Aftershock: Earthquake in New York

Who Would've Thought.....
Who would've ever thought that there could ever be an earthquake of this magnitude in New York City. Great Cast.....Great Special Effects. It leaves the viewer with the feeling that people really do care about one another, especially in times of crises. If you like disaster movies, this one is a must have for your collection.Aftershock: Earthquake in New York

Good wrecking fun
Nice panoramic CG scenes of a wrecked Manhattan, huge pieces of buildings crushing hapless people in the streets, even a full blown tsunami taking out poor Liberty, Aftershock gives us generous mayhem. Some of the "human stories" are contrived and overdone, especially the climbing mom and mean accountant. But it is still a fun ride, nicely adorned by the lovely Jennifer Garner. A definite keeper.Aftershock: Earthquake in New York

average movie
very average disaster movie..dialoques and scenes before earthquake are sometimes boring..there is nothing attractive for the audience...Aftershock: Earthquake in New York
